Meet Our Chefs

Christopher Fulk, Jr. , Executive Chef/Owner

Christopher, a native of Winston-Salem, is a graduate of Elon University and has a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University.  He is an award winning published chef with over 20 years restaurant experience from both North Carolina and Colorado.  He lives in Winston-Salem with his wife Robin and daughter Annie.


William Smith, Sous Chef

William is a graduate from Johnson & Wales University with both a culinary arts degree and a food and beverage management degree.  He worked at Charlotte Country Club and other prestigious clubs for almost three years until moving to Winston-Salem to assume the position of Sous Chef at Christopher’s.
